Depending on your chromebook's system pixlr editor is quick, not native photoshop quick but fast enough for most users. I did become flustered with some of the UI clunkiness as it looks like Photoshop at times I expected it to work and have all the bells and whistles of photoshop and it does not. I did make the header and logo for this blog in Pixlr Editor and if I may brag it looks pretty good. So while like I said this is not a photoshop replacement for chromebook but it is a very good image editor for must of us and should also be another reason why switching to a chromebook does not mean you will be left out of all the computer fun. Also if you use Chrome Browser on any computer OS you can use Pixlr as well and it is a nice free alternative to PS for the rest of us.
